Voices (2009)
As an experiment with audio-editing software, Voices explores the various timbres and noises that can be made by a clarinet. As the piece unfolds, higher and higher partials of its harmonic spectra are highlighted, expanded and then remixed with the natural sounds. The resulting "super-clarinet" becomes very expressive, within the relaxing panorama of this soundscape.
